Finally, Some Sap

The past few days have been warm and rainy, and the sap has been slowly dripping out of the trees. I just trudged through the snow that sill remains to collect 18 gallons of sap. Most of the buckets still have some frozen sap in them which will only help keep things fresh until I boil.
