It's Cold Out There!

This certainly has been one of the coldest winters in a long time, and you know it's been cold when you look forward to temperatures in the twenties. However, temperatures that don't rise above freezing mean that sap won't flow out of trees.
Some buckets have a few frozen gallons from the first days of tapping, but I can't expect more until things warm up. So most of my efforts are just looking at the forecast and the daily highs.
