Maple 2015 - Waiting for Warmth

In past years, all the taps would be in and we would be getting ready for a first boil. This year, like last, the thermometer has hardly peeked above freezing, so we wait. While waiting, I have repaired the smokestack, split plenty of wood, and even tapped a few trees for early warning.
